The last sale I had surf and turf for 3 days straight.......lol a little bit too often, almost sick of eating it, oh well.  But at 4.99/lb, time to go get some more.

Hmmmm, that is strange as they are not in the ad I received for the Shaw's in this area. I see eye round roast, Premo Sausage, cooked shrimp, mangoes and avocados, Coke, Butter, Dunkin Coffee, and white bread in the 3 day sale section.

Did that earlier today before I even saw this post, and even there, same things for the 3-Day I mentioned above, no lobster. The ad I have covers as far south as Attleboro and as far east as Plymouth, some 15+ stores, so must be very local......

 

I may have to go to the one in Sharon tomorrow, so I will look and if Peter is there, will inquire............

It's a little strange. They must have a supplier up in Canada that is rotten with them.

 

Wholesale price in Boston is between $8 - 8.50/lb.

Sorry all,I found out that this sale is at the Randolph Shaws only,but

for what it's worth they don't show a limit on them.

Now, that is inaccurate....

 

Let's say that I don't not like it, and will certainly eat and enjoy it.

 

But like some others, I just feel it is very over rated, especially for the cost, and if I were to splurge and pay what "normal" prices would be, I would opt for a different choice.

Texas must have heard of the sale! On Thursday 1/11 my girlfriend and I  flew from Logan to Austin, TX. As we were waiting to get off the plane the airline was unloading box after box of live lobsters.
