During the summer I sweat non stop and manage to get away with producing a slight earthy aroma even if I skip 1 or 7 showers and forget to change clothes during june. Come winter time I barely sweat at all and generally shower more often to warm up after working outside. Yet somehow during the winter I have to use 5 times more deodorant as my pleasant earthy tones turn into the rancid smell of a dumpster full of Italian hoagies. What gives!

Wipe better. The thick layers are preventing you from really getting up in and clean. Baby wipes and proper cleanup are the recommended course correction.

Probably because during warmer seasons you sweat to cool off, so it's mostly moisture that you sweat.

During colder months, when you work up a sweat, your body is burning more fuel to provide you with the energy to do the task as well as keep you warm, so effectively you're getting more "stuff" than just moisture.

I'm not a scientist, but I did see one once on TV.....

Your nose gets used to it. Eventually, your wife and daughter says it's time to take a shower.
