Best Dremel Model?

I am looking for a new dremel. The one I have had forever is basically toast. Now, I see so many options including cordless. I wanted to get the opinion here of those who have purchased/used one that was made within the past couple of years.

It's not toast unless the windings are burnt. Bearings, brushes, commutator cleaning and  it will keep going. I think I've been using mine for almost 18 years. Hundreds of lf  of grout, drywall, tile, etc. Etc.

Replaced  the bearings at least 6 times so far.

Hate to say it but few is right.. before you call it toast . Worth taking apart and cleaning..

i got the 4000 model as gift bunch of years ago.. lil sucker was a major upgrade from my old beater.. the variable speed is nice... most attachments it came with are nonsense and worthless minus the head to make it more like a rotozip..

Any of the Dremels are good, including the cordless.

If you ever need a grinder with seemingly unlimited power, get yourself a Metabo grinder, it's a beast.
