Bluefin fishing has been good in Cape Cod last couple of weeks.  The problem is all are giant.
We landed 91" giant with Capt Jimmy the Greek using 6 custrom Black Hole Giant rod today.

Nice fish.  Is that one of your Jigging Master reels?

I'm assuming that you fish a GSP braid tied directly to a leader.  Do you prefer a loop to loop connection, or a knot?  And if a knot, what knot?

I did not notice the guy in the picture holding a rod. :) We use Shimano 80 reel with 6' custom Black Hole Giant rod.  Of course, the conetion is by splicing mono into braid hollow. And small barrel swivel is used to connect mono and leader line by crimping.  I observed PR knot survived to catch 600 lb giant in NC.
