Looking for help with a Hawk ID

This guy has been sitting on my porch, back lawn, a swing chair, everywhere.  All the rabbits and squirrels have left (or were eaten).

Any ideas?  Pretty big with the wings open.

Direction I got when I posted Hawk pics in the DIY Forum: "if you need bird i.d. post pic in "OUTDOOR PHOTOGRAPHY..." forum, under "THE BIRDS" thread, Rocco or someone else will almost always be able to i.d."

Must be a bird day.
Found this fledgling outside day. 

Species?  Quite noisy.  Never see it before.  Tail feathers were like a hawk with a curved beak..

My guess is this is a yellow (black?) billed cuckoo.
