Kushner: "Nothing to Hide" & Presidents Can't Be Indicted

Geez, I heard some fizzing sounds early this morning but could not immediately figure out what it was. MSNBC was on in the other room and I eventually figured out the sounds were emanating from the short-circuiting brains of those on Morning Joe as they were told in their earpieces just what Kushner released. The level of detail was apparently unexpected and seemed to refute, or smash, some of the memes that the media had built.

Then they turned to Trump's tweet about pardons and they were all foaming at the mouths about that. But even one of their own had to throw some cold water on that pointing out that a pardon can only be brought AFTER an indictment and that the conventional thinking in legal circles is that a sitting president cannot be indicted in the criminal context. Can be impeached, but not indicted by a grand jury in the typical criminal context.

Tough morning for the conspiracy minded folks out there.

So now they will expend their energies on complaining about how it should be changed or how they should impeach.

energy will be spent on getting the puppet out of office,

the GOP might not support that,

but they will be on board with thwarting Trump's efforts to push a pro Putin agenda.

Let's try this again since it is a different week. Please list below, the things President Trump has done that can be considered a "pro Putin Agenda". You know, specific acts that have been put into force and have real-world impact. Not comments, real acts. I will provide a list for you to complete:

1)

2)

3)

4)

5)

6)

7)
