Joey,

Where do you get bucktails with those hooks?

I buy the hook and bucktail separately, snell the hook, and slip a cheap bucktail over it.

I usually use tru-turn catfish hooks 2/0 for teasers/gulps.  They work just fine and i get a bunch for a couple pennies on clearance every couple years when i seem to need them.

Bucktail/jighead dujour.

5/0 VME wide gap hooks for bait rigs, 3/0-5/0 gamakatsu baitholder hooks for teasers. Still using mustads for my jigs even though they're a bit too big.

3/0 O'Shaunnessy. I get hung up a lot, go through close to 50 hooks a season.  They cost about 10 cents a hook in 50 or 100 hook box. I find my favorite baits - gulp 4" mullet, 3" shrimp and 5" jerk shad all fit good on them. I go larger to 5/0 if using large strip baits.  I don't see a need to use expensive gami hooks for fluke.
