We faced some good pitching last night Gallo =4ks DJ +3ks the O’s held this team , Trevino 3 run HR was well out of the zone =bad ball but he took it deep , otherwise it was a close game . 3 O’s starters out of the line up that’s hard to replace against the Yanks , I give them credit . Let’s win the series, I’m not forgetting last season .

We're beating the bad teams we need to beat.

Our big boppers are healthy.

Our starters are healthy.

There's no drama.

Thankfully, so far, we're in a complete 180 reversal from last season.

Why do I shake every time Chapman enters the game? Good thing he had a 3 run lead last night.,

The White Sox series last week should have been a 4 game sweep.

Being a different team helps also

Because he hasn’t found his control yet

He is one , Voit , Kluber , Gio , Wade , Heaney , Odor , Cessa Red Frazier , Ford that is off the top ,some guys traded in season . This is a new team it’s so early can’t think of anything but win now worry later, with games to give it’s going to happen .

You left out the guy who played in more games last year than anyone on that list.................. Gardner.

The others leaving were a net positive. Gardner leaving was a negative.

Sanchez leaving trumps all.  Not having his bad glove as a receiver makes a huge difference.

Did that for a reason I’m going to say , he’s not not coming back . Been reading on him , he’s staying in shape ready for the call = teamS are in the asking Jays , Braves

I agree that Gardner was a loss, on a morale/leadership level.

Sanchez gone is likely the biggest addition by subtraction.

To me, eveyrone being healthy, for the first time in a decade, is the single biggest factor.

As of now the team is playing to their capabilities. Maybe a little over and probably some luck as other teams are so so. Chapman is scary wild and that’s sometimes good. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Gardner come back in a month. A seasoned smart player who could spell many things. Back up outfield, DH, a batter that can hit and run, and hit to right field! Cheap money:rav:

So far so good. Stanton playing right every night is just begging for a hammie or something. Everyone wants Brett so who gets sent down a pitcher?

Yes, rotate pitchers, certainly going to be some sore arms, :rav:
