Got this from my old father neighbor.

 

it seems like no use to the reel, at all , How much does this reel value?

To me it's worth about $60 because I would fish with it.

 

To a collector it might be worth as much as $250, depending on what it really looks like with many more pictures and pictures showing condition of all the accessories and box.

 

To a collector verifiable condition is everything.

​Ditto. I would put a new paddle handle on and drags, and fish with it. Years ago, I stopped collecting and sold off my collection, just because it does not make much sense to keep a bunch of reels around collecting dust that I don't use.

 

From what I have seen, Bunny's dollar assessment is right on. However, unless there is something amazingly special about the serial number, I don't think it would hit $250.00 in the US market, even if in perfect condition, with box and papers.  Only the marketplace can dictate that though.

thanks group,, really trying to get a sense of value, because I want to trade for a mint condition penn 712z spinner, since I fish spinner . and no use for this baitcaster.

No offense but I find it almost impossible to read the post with that avatar constantly replaying beside it.

 

Just way too distracting and I cannot focus on the content.
