White sucker fish and white catfish. Sucker was about 25 inches and the white catfish was about 6 pounds. Both were a personal best for me. The sucker fell for a jig and night crawler combo and the catfish fell for a night crawler on a bottom rig. It took me over 5 minutes to bring in the catfish on a sturdy bass rod, the line snapped right when I landed him.

Other end of spectrum was a 6 lb 1 in the summer and he was skinny.  October, would have cleared 8 lbs.  Fresh water is about over for me.  Chasing the striped variety this month, but it is getting cold.
