The Elks Lodge nearby is open to the public Thurs. and Friday.  Lunch today was 2x Kettle One Martinis ($4.50 each) and a cheeseburger (w Let, Tom, onions) and fries for $6.  Cant beat the price.

Leftover taco soup that the wife made. 

It's fast and easy enough that she can't eff it up, but also really tasty.  A rare combo.

 

Good use for burger for any hunters out there trying to clear out their freezer before the season gets into full swing.
