There are some. I was practicing fly casting, and working my right knee, when explosions began happening.  A mere 250-yard cast would have reached them, for the twenty or thirty seconds they were within reach. 


I'd be a really good fly caster if I could do that.  :)  Tomorrow I will be back, at the relevant stage of tide (early in the outgoing, a rip was just developing in the boat channel) when they appeared.  Naturally they had to be on the far side of the channel.
