frazerp
re the Ducharmes - what are the extra underneath things, 2 show up on the bottom 2 of VSSteve's. More apparent in all of kiko401k's pics. PS: They look pretty much like what SS is producing now, no trumpet end or radical change is body diameter ... PPS: Ducharme seem to be French for "some charm", as a plug builder his mojo was already built in .... Morone Saxatilis... God put them in the Surf to take them, not in the freaking boat! numbskull
I thought the guy who built them was a machinist? I have a hard time believing a machinist would turn out anything that crude.
DZ
George - the scuds are made by an offshore lobsterman. The original Johnny Wadd's were made for Campo by a Grumann machinist.

Surf Caster
A pic from another thread identifying scuds.<http://www.stripersonline.com/surftalk/topic/173457-needlefish-collectors/?p=2140039> In this thread there are some wadds (look like BMs) with no eyes. Are those campo or anything special about them?
DZ
I believe those blind wadds are BMs.
VanStaalSteve
BM did a run if wads years ago and many had no eyes. Edited December 21, 2016 by VanStaalSteve
Madfish
image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg Jumping back to the first page....in the bottom photo of m12d78's bomber collection....are those vertically striped ones with the neon heads a color that Steve and his crew had made? I have some and they are such a bizarre color scheme.
