Dry itchy skin

I've got it! happens every winter bad enough to wake me up at night................. been using aloe intensive care.....what's a guy to do?

bearsides scratching yourself dizzy.

I may need to look into the humidifier.

There is an added benefit , if you keep the humidity up , makes it feel warmer , so you can turn down the heat

Try these two products from CO Bigelow.   I have had good luck with them.  The other thing is what kind of bath soap are you using?  I ditched the lava, Dove and all that for Dr. Bonner, and or Traders Joes soap.   They are more natural and have more fats in them and don't dry out your skin.   

I have also had luck using Trader Joes Aloe Vera gel.

 

The issue is, even though you might humidify your house, if you work in an office it is really dry this time of the year.   Plus working outside can be really tough on your skin.

My wife keeps slathering me with coconut oil, it's greasy and icky,I also use okeafes hand cream, I actually slept with rubber gloves full of coconut oil the other night,

Axe body wash dries my hands out real bad too.
