jjdbike
I couldn't imagine a situation where I would need those.... Short of losing my mind. Yes I considered that too : ) Funny, yesterday I needed to use the floor mat trick w/ my Honda. JD
LouC
Although we do have them, never used them. I have found that we could go as low as 10 psi in the front and 8 psi in the rear and if you're careful you probably won't pop a bead. That low should let you drive anywhere on the beach except deep water. 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7 Quadradrive II 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 Selectrac 1988 Four Winns 200 Horizon 4.3 OMC Cobra
HugeDinghy
I have had to do 300 point turns, lol. Couple of spots here in RI that can get tough to turn around at high tide.

BigAssBass
The TRED tracks are rated highly from what Ive seen. I've looked at the Front Runner Sand Lizard boards because they're flat and easier to stow. Plus the Front Runner gear I have now (roof rack, mounts) is top quality. Have a look see... http://www.sierraexpeditions.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=33125 They're from South Africa Edited January 29, 2016 by BigAssBass
Adam-_888
A quick search for a review on those lizard boards come up empty. I wonder if I couldn't just cut some heavy plywood and line it with some grip tape and save my $$ .

Adam-_888
Save a lot more money. Let enough air out and you won't need them. I know in the sand but I go on other trails also. Rocks , mud etc etc.... I have on board air and have no problem airing down when I need to. I can go from 10 psi to 32 psi in short time. Only time I got stuck I was driving with MikeMC and forgot to put it in 4hi and was not aired down. I aired down then noticed I wasn't in 4x4 rolled right out.
