Removing Bumper Stickers

With all the talk of the new IBSP sticker sales. I was wondering what is the best way of removing them? In the past I used a heat gun and that worked fine. But again that was on my old beater and I didn't care if the gun got a little too hot. Now I have a sticker on my new ride and I would like to avoid the heat gun, I have heard that WD40 works. Is there something better?

Careful with the Goof Off if the bumper is rubber, that stuff can melt some rubber or plastics. Heat would be my choice, never heard the vinegar suggestion, I'd try that.

Just slap the next one over the last one dead square.  I have 13 on this truck and number 14 is still in the guard house.  I just wipe the stickers off with Windex before I affix the new one.
