I love Cotton Cordell's pencils. They are without a doubt one of the easiest pencils to work. They cast great, float and are a pleasure to work with even the lightest rod.

I'm also very fond of gibbs pencils.

So what pencils do you guys like to throw the most and what flavors? I'm pretty simple, I like yellow, black over white, white, white\\red-head and chrome.

Also have to give an honerable mention to the Yozuri Hydro Pencil. It's a smaller bait, but is productive when peanuts and spearing are around. And it casts great. Come on Fall, get here already!

ET -

Gibbs - white, yellow or blue have always worked for me. Back in the old big bluefish days the fluorescent orange was hot. Used to call them 'bluefish tongues'. biggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

I recently picked up two Cordell's but haven't used them yet. They're chrome with a black back.
