Only if you did this before my 2 mega threads on helping me get a surf rod and reel...

Thank you for information posted! this really helps me get a good jump start to the season as I (Newbie) will be starting this season with some intense surfcasting!

I already have a setup of a 10'6 Tsunami airwave elite and a Penn battle 2 5000 so what line would you recommend for surf fishing??

I love my powerpro on that reel just starting out I would go with 30 or 40lbs braid. Not a fan of slick 8 it turns to rope after a month

Raff I added the prices of the lines rated at 30# with 300 yard a spool. Remember you will lose line from snags and nicks.
