Broccoli and some deli turkey. Sucks, but I'm not stopping until I've dropped the weight I want.

 

Worst part is my co-worker was crushing a D'Angelo's #9. I let him know of my hate.

I just smashed that chinese food.  so good mmm.  Def workin out hard tonight lol.  Now I need a nap.  Good thing I built a bed under my desk.

 

I have a hard workout later. Kind if dreading it. Been doing a program and it's a fitness test after one month. 100 pushups, 100 inverted rows, 100 situps, 100 bodyweight squats any order as fast as you can. Shooting for under fifteen minutes.
