1dozenraw
Not sure what blank it was built on, but probably an 11'3" 2m or 3m. Stainless wire guides. Rod and guides and wraps are in good shape. Cork butt wrap all good. Ready to fish. 10', one piece. No shipping. Pick up in South County RI.... $90 cash when picked up. Put a greenie 704/706 on it and travel back in time when real fisherman were so busy catching they just peed in their rubber waders and never even worried about it..... 1dozenraw
Nice rod what would you say it throws comfortably? 1-3 oz. Great pencil rod. Not a bait stick. But back in the day, these blanks were used for most all around surf sticks. "We eat cold eels and think distant thoughts" Jack Johnson.

1dozenraw
I'll leave it here until late tonight. I have a greenie 706 I was going to mount on it... and perhaps that is what I'll do if no-one takes this. "We eat cold eels and think distant thoughts" Jack Johnson. 1dozenraw
Did it anyway and took it down to Chucktown B-way. Fun classic out fit. Works pencils very well, not wimpy, but parabolic. Worked fine.....look fabulous with the 706... "We eat cold eels and think distant thoughts" Jack Johnson. 1dozenraw
A 704/706 works well on this.... A 710 would be very good too... perhaps better, but I don't have one to mount on it. Last calll .... reel is not for sale. "We eat cold eels and think distant thoughts" Jack Johnson.

1dozenraw
What do you mean Back in the Day I still use it today My rod just had its Fiftieth birthday ? Me too. I always have at least one or two .... Currently use a cut to 10' 136 2F. One of my favorites. It's wrapped conventional. If this doesn't sell, I may take it to B-Brothers in Westerly and have it re-wrapped conventional. We shall see. Meanwhile, it is a nice stick. 1dozenraw
CLOSED. Guess it stays with me. Re-wrap during the winter or fish it with the 706 on it. "We eat cold eels and think distant thoughts" Jack Johnson.
