As SBK said, harbor pollock are about all that's left for surf opportunities. Look for rocky headlands and fish small chunks under a bobber or a sabiki rig tipped with a flashy spoon or mackerel jig.

Couldn't find a one in York county, don't think any brook with little natives would be open year round. But there are some year round rivers, easiest to find by the fall brown trout stocking.

Should have been more clear, I wasn't referring to york county just in general. There are brooks and streams that are still open, probably not any that have native brookies. But I bet you could find one or two that has some wild brookies running around if you looked hard enough.
