What do you guys wear to fish in wind in your face weather 10 plus miles per hour in cold weather?

I need a good jacket.  Currently using a military gore tex jacket and froggs waders.  However, I think I need something better..

Price is not important but being able fish in harsh weather..  What is better than aquaskins?

Thanks :)

+1

Keeps you warm and dry. Today all I needed was a long sleeve T-Shirt underneath.

I have the stormr stryker. I fished it yesterday in those

crappy windy conditions. So nice and dry, doesnt feel

tight and claustrophobic like the pull over tops, latex

wrist cuffs that actually work and dont feel to tight, and

comfortable neoprene around the neck.

Great jacket! Hell I even wear it when Im not fishing

sometimes. I have had other tops, and this is the best

one of the bunch. If you are going to swim out to a

distant rock then pick another top, but for the other

99% of your fishing then this will be all you will ever

need.

It has a velcro neck, waist and wrist draw straps to keep the weather out. Latex Wrist Cuffs that you trim to size for a custom fit that keeps the water out, and from rolling up your arm.

I bought mine over sized for layering up in the winter for warmth. The jacket can also be worn in warmer months; in comfort. I wore the top in some heavy rain and remained dry.. :)

Copied and pasted the info below.

Hope this helps

You got so many choices for jackets:

1. Aqua Skinz Phantom - A very nice and warm jacket.. The hand warmers pocket is awesome and the two pockets are a big plus. I don't use this jacket in a long period of heavy rains. Excellent for mtk.

2. Aqua Skins Northeaster -- Very warm and most convenience if you are not wading above your knee. I use it most of the time in NJ. Must wash in fresh water after each use..The pockets are a big plus...use them for keys, iphones and more...

3. Guy Cotton- Very warm and I use it if I wade and get splashed..One big pocket in the center not suitable to keep keys or iPhones..I also use it in heavy rain..

4. Level 6 - The warmest of all. Really good and comfortable for a very cold weather ..the best for cold nights

Between all the 4 I prefer the Northeaster if condition allowed...

Watch out for sales..I bought all of them at discount of 40% or more....
