Okuma Jigging Rod and E-Glass vs. T-Glass

Looking for an off-shore rod to pair with my Penn 25N Fathom reel to target 20lb yellowtail for example.  Anyone had experience with the Okuma Cedros jigging rods? They have nice ALPS aluminum reel seats and the medium action is rated for 30-65 lb braid and to cast 30-160 gram jigs (160 grams = 5.6 oz). I noticed too that it has E-glass and that Trevala rods have "T" glass. What is the difference?
