Brisket for our trip

Did a small brisket on the Akorn today and used my Montreal Seasoning wet rub. Cooked at 250* to and internal of 190*. It is for our trip to Florida this weekend. There is a bunch( 5 RVs) headed to St. Andrews State Park for a week of surf fishin and fun. This is my contribution to our BBQ supper Saturday.

Good luck fishing! I was in FL in Vero Beach last week and the beach was going off. Snook, reds, jacks, sharks were everywhere hitting Greenies... Crazy how much action was happening. Of course I did not have time to fish so go get them.
