can't do sit ups at work

can do push ups and squats.

Just keep an exercise ball under you desk. Use that verses getting your ass down on the ground.

when I beat him,

he SHOULD feel humilated.

it would be like me losing to a 65 year old.

I can't help what you hear.

I just pointed out that when racing someone 15 years younger than me,

it shouldn't be easy.

you can read that as doubt that I will win,

or

you can read that as me pointing out just how much shame he should feel when I beat him,

especially if I do it easily.
