A few pics from yesterday. Very interesting fishing over the holiday break. Tides were weak and the fish were grouped up. If you caught one, you’d get bit by others but lots of slow times in between fish. I walked nearly three miles up and down the beach yesterday trying to find current. If I found it I found fish.

Best head ever!

I got a White perch this year that had a screwed up back. Looks like something took a bite out of it.

Haven't posted in ages, so this will be a bit of a photo dump. Well I'm sure you already know about the fantastic striper season we had last year on the Central Coast. Seems like there's still a few hanging around all winter. 2023 was an amazing year for bass in the surf. Black belly surf perch starting to show up as well, got 10 today. The stripers you see here were caught about a week ago. Perch too.

Nothing makes a fish bigger than almost being caught.

Very nice....Beautiful fish... How's the weather up there?... We're getting "Stonefish" weather down here.;)...

Weather has been good, with a couple days pushing 60°. Lots of folks on the beaches which is a down side of fishing in nice weather. Lots of rock throwers and swimming dogs. Leaves are popping out and tulips are coming up.

Back to the regular wind and rain program today, which I like. ;)

I have friends that relocated to SoCal. They say your recent weather down there reminds them of living up here.

Be safe down there!
