Just another pencil. Mild flat bottom. Plug is AYC, epoxy sealed, 8.5” long and weighs 4 oz on the nose and is a very slow sink

. I tried something a little different and used a combination of tail lead with belly lead added at the 7” and 7.5” mark, to 

A.) See if I could get away with a more forward belly hook hanger and still maintain an easy left to right action using the belly lead as a low pivot point in the tail. As many of you know the belly hook position can make or break the pencils ability to “walk” if it’s too far forward of the midline with the drag of the hook. 

B) Like Polaris popper to add some keel weight to it to make sure it maintained proper orientation regardless of current and/or waves

This is from a set of home made 1pc bombers i belt sanded, 

My largest bass on one was 30 lbs with slip. That plug mack pattern in flo green.

This one i been getting bass on over the weekend with val, nice ones

I made these in 04 ish i think.

That takes skill. And patience.  I frikin hate making things on the belt sander lol.
