Only available in NJ, NY and south east PA... that’s where all the Italians live... nobody else will pay the premium for black peppered Mac and Cheese.

Every "Italian" restaurant in the US is an "American" restaurant.  So, why shouldn't the Aussies be able to get in on the action too.  Even the "Australian" restaurants that are really "American" restaurants.

Depends on whether you are describing the cuisine, the ownership or the location.
