I have those on a Murat rod I picked up on the Cape back in the late sixties. Heavy things, but they wore quite well. I guess the answer's the obvious one; haunt some shops which have been around since back when they were in use and you might unearth a few. I'd spotted a half dozen dust-covered ones in a Delaware shop six or seven years ago, passed, and then had second thoughts that they might be good to have for some restoration work, but when I returned a couple months later, someone had beat me to 'em.
