Nine Foot One Pc. Blank

Al - Quick question for you - I'm looking for a 9' one piece blank for a plugging rod -I have a Lamiglas 1201L that I had built for BI and I love it, was thinking about the Lami 9' - the 10' is just a little much most of the time for my home waters - saw a 9' Sabre 1088 a friend who works at a local shop built, he did a great job , my colors on the wraps too, but it seemed a little stiff for what I'm looking for - I'll be using either 15 or 20# looking to throw plugs maybe 1-3 oz. How does the Sabre stack up against the Lami in your opinion? I love the 10'.

Thanks in advance,

Crafty,

Like I said in an earlier thread, I have been a Lami person for many years. I am sure other members can comment on the Sabre as well as other blank manufacturers.

You have three excellent blanks to choose from:

Lami GSB1081M

Allstar 1087

Sabre 1087

The Lami blank runs about $30 more than the Allstar or Sabre.

Al
