Flounder/Porgy rod

Al, do you have rods in mind for some flounders and porgies from a boat. Im looking to be able to handle up to 3/4oz avg with 6 oz MAX(for some racing tide areas, fitted with a calcutta 400/15-16lb test mono, and say 6.5 foot. I have been using a graphite Shimano factory rod for a long time and would like to get something a bit more springy if you get my drift. The graphite rod I use alot more for seabass fishing.

Great minds think alike. I already designed and built the rod last year for Eastend porgy fishing using braid. Look at either of the following:

 

Lami BMB841E black eglass

 

Seeker CLB704 composite
