10'-0" 1-3 oz Plugging Blank

What blank would you use for a 10'-0" plugging rod for 3/4-3 oz plugs?

I've searched and it looks like the All Star 1265-2 and Lami XRA1204

are some of the Favorite Blanks for 10'-0 Spinners. By chance would any

of you rod builders used the Pac Bay PBX XGSU110M-2 for a plugging rod?

What other blanks would make a light 10' plugger?

Thanks

Make sure you check out the Purglas PSFB301. 9'10' one piece rated 1 to 4 and incredibly light, under 6 oz eek.gif . I just got a blank in a few days ago and by the feel of it this may become my go to rod.

The one piece is not listed anywhere yet but if you contact William at TFD fishing (a Purglas distributor) he can arrange to drop ship you one through a retail outlet. Or you can get the 2 piece through Red Drum in Hatteras.

It goes for about $125 but the shipping is a killer to the tune of $60 +/-. If a few builders were to get together for a multiple blank order it would dilute the shipping to a reasonable amout.
