Purglas Rod Question

Looking to build a surf spinning rod to be used with a VS 200 or 250. Already have built using the PSFB300/1 @9'10" and love it. It can handle the 1 to 3 oz. plugs I have been throwing easily. Question is for the plugs I will be throwing in the ocean in the 1 to 4 1/2 oz. range should I build on the PSFB350/1-2P rated @2 to 4 oz.which I feel may be a bit on the light side or go with the PSFB350/2-2P rated @4 to 6 oz. Also guide recomendations for this blank. I used Fuji concept BMNAG's on the 9'10" rod. Any input greatly appreciated.
