sweet spot

It'll load with a 6" bomber. 1.5 ounces to about 2 is the sweet spot IMO.

The 1.5 ounce 6" midnight Shad color megabite is my favorite bait that's in rotation on my 1201L. I've got a cowcutter 401 on top of mine, it's a match made in heaven kiss.gif .

I would say the sweet spot is 2 to 3 OZ. You can do Bombers but not great.

for what you describe , Bombers and stuff no more than 2.5 OZ , you might like the GSB 108 1L better.

I'm with Saltheart on this one...

The 108-1l is perfect for Bombers and Yo Zuri stuff.

The 120-1l is a rocket with 3 oz and is fine down to about 1-3/4 oz. You really have to wail on it to throw a bomber and that just isn't fun.

However, as a gear head, I think you really need both rods biggrin.gif

Can't have too many icon14.gif
