this is the first time im asking a question on this forum but not on this site

can i mix pigment in epoxy to give a very deep...

thick.....ect .. look?

any one ever try this if so could you please share your results good or bad!

Get some testors model paint and let sit till it seperates...pigment on bottom- carefully pour off clear top part.

Add a small amount of pigment to the epoxy resin (before you mix in the hardener)to get desired colour. a little goes a long way! Now add in the hardener and mix well...your ready to go! icon14.gif

Boating supply stores sell tubes of gel coat dye they sell all the basic colors so you can mix up what ever color you need. Again a little goes a long way. Used this system many times works great.
