Hi Al:

I am on a rod builders high here! Last week I got out on the Yankee Clipper and we finally Jig fished for a change(Dogfish were thick!) The GBU 120-6 cut to a 15 tip performed flawlessly with jigs to 14 oz in 275 ft of water off Tillies. Duly noted was the seven trophy haddock that I caught on jigs! This rod stuck em and kept em stuck! Casting distance had people lookin' with there jaws dropped askin' How'd you do that?

Isn't it great when you slave at the bench for a design and it works out as planned!

I'll publish the specs if you or anyone else is interested.

Sincerely

Prefessa

Prefessa,

Great stick. Designed it more then 20 years ago when I fished the offshore banks of southern Maine. My personal best on that stick was a 105# halibut off Platts Bank.
