OT Sandpiper/Cricket

Anybody ever use these kayaks? I have been looking for a second kayak that is small and light that I can use in the bay - Kayaks would be used for short distant (less than a mile) paddles in tidal/moving water.

I'm 5'11 190lbs - Thanks for the replies

We are the largest dealer ot has ever had for that yak. I buy 58 foot container loads full of them.

Actual wheight capacity is 200 lbs

it only wheighs 33 lbs and has a handle in the side making for easy carry

has the legromm for someone 6-4

tracks suprisingly well

is suprisingly quik

very stable and one of the most comfortable seats in the industry

seat does not drain

not alot of room for gear (we usualy install bungie front and back for people wanting to fish ocasionaly.

rides waves fairly well

best seller in our shop

best choice in the industry for kids

unreal on snow

Conclusion; because of its low price it is a great entry level yak for warm weather if you cant afford many of the other yaks that cost 2 to 3 times more.
