Grimm doesn’t distribute all that much anymore, but you can grab cans anytime in their new brewery. Think they are working out the kinks still, but def churning out some good brews. C.Robin
Anyone have any good stouts they'd recommend? I'm getting a bit sick of my usual fall/winter pumpkin ales and IPAs.
skinnywater
@Chunkah They have a lot of bottles up here of Grimm and cans most of the times. Chunkah
Reed422
I ended up with a infected batch of the bourbon county barley wine from 15. Gross. Then we cracked a 18 regular bourbon county stout and it was fantastic. Went to Mystic Brewery in Chelsea over the weekend for an engagement party, not impressed. makomakoman
I don't cellar anymore. Longest I'll go will be a few months. Plus I really shouldn't be drinking those beers. They are high AV and full of calories. RIP Innis - April 9th 2012 - you always be in my heart.

Seems most stouts are now made with coffee, cocoa nibs, and vanilla...it is like drinking dessert. That said my recent Tree House stouts both have coffee in them and are delicious. plugchucker and C.Robin
MitchellNJ
Oskar Blues TenFidy Founders Imperial Stout Bells Expedition Stout Sierra Nevada Narwhal There's a lot of really good stouts out there but like Chunkah said you have to be good with other flavors, which are my favorite. Otherwise stick to the imperials which don't typically have too much of that.
C.Robin
Thanks guys, my local beer store definitely has a good founders selection. I will keep an eye out for the others too.
