Yet another Pungo question

7 posts in this topic

I know you guys get tired of Pungo questions.

I'm toying with idea of getting a Pungo for the colder months, and kid trips.

Question is.. what would you guys consider a great deal on one?

I have a bead on a 14footer 2002 rental unit at $480. Seems just OK. Think I could do better or is that a good deal?

Thx

I have the newest 12 foot Pungo and really enjoy it. Tracks well and stability is great. Cockpit is big enough to manuever, although it doesn't sound like you'll be fishing from it. If you find a sale, you can get it bare bones at a little over what you'll pay for the rental. But hell, if it's in good shape, go for it.
