Surf Shuttle Trips via the Yak

1 post in this topic

Yesterdays fishing reminded me of something we can now do. Often the fish on the beaches work in a direction either running north or south (NJ). We can position vehicles so we can run with them and not have to go back to our starting point. The thing to do is to have your kayak already rigged and ready to launch when you see the fish. This way you don't waste valuable time and can get into the fish quickly. The trick is to attack quickly and if they race off either follow or leap frog ahead.

I also have a trailer that can accommodate 5-6 fully rigged yaks. Loading and unloading from the trailer is easy. Through the use of proper gear and planning we can hit the fish as they move and not be restricted to one location.
