Brand New HDTV Passive Indoor Antenna

RCA 1400 flat indoor HDTV antenna, supports 1080 broadcast...google it for more info. Bought new @ Best Buy, been outta the box ONCE to test...worked fine, got 16 HD channels in the summer, from the basement, and we live in the deep woods...anyway, put it back in the box immediately, then waited too long to return it so Best Buy won't give me credit or cash back (Eff You, Best Buy). Why return? We tested two antennas and got one more channel on the other, so we went with that one...
