Did Zimmerman go to the hospital?

Rate this topic

I have read here that Trayvon tuned him up pretty good in the fight,

busted his lip,

broke his nose,

and one telling of the tale had him bashing the back of his head on a cement sidewalk,

creating a wound that would take stitches.

so any record of him seeking medical attention?

I ask because in a news article that Vinny linked it says the initial police report didn't include any mention of these injuries and it appears in a later report.

so any hospital records or pictures of this beating?

I read somewhere that he refused threatment that night, but that he went to the hospital the next day to treat his injuires

I don't remember where I read it though

there are people who are concerned that showing OLD pictures of Trayvon is working the PR against Zimmerman,

wouldn't it be in his interest to release some photos to Fox news documenting the beating he took

If he posted some pics of a broken nose, busted lip and bashed skull,

I'm sure it would bolster support for his need to defend himself.

He doesn't need support. He's not a prom king candidate. He needs a defense lawyer and facts. You know, despite your frothing anger, his trial should take place in the courtroom.

hahahahahahah,

frothing anger?

good one.

No I am talking about those people IRATE that old pictures of Tray are being used,

people so mad they justify using FAKE pictures of the kid just to balance things out.

People afraid that Zim is being treated unfairly,

that he can't get a fair trial.

I'm just saying if Zim has any of these concerns about being treated poorly,

he should give the pictures to Fox News and let them post the evidence of the horrible beating he suffered,

it would swing the public around pretty quickly.

I like the prom king line though,

that was funny.

so you agree there is enough evidence to indict him and bring him to trial?

I've admitted in another thread, the photo of Treyvon as a boy sort of influenced my thoughts, just like the mug shot looking photo of Zimmerman has probably influenced it as well. I have a 12 year old boy and it sort of gets me.

The older Trayvon photos changed my opinion in that I could see him putting up a fight and even possibly getting an upper hand on an oafish looking guy like Zimmerman. However, I still can't get past the fact that Zimmerman took an initiative to pursue and assumed a responsibility as a result that he was not trained to have.

If the evidence says that he should be charged, then of course. I am not going to judge the evidence because we have only what we can glean from the press. But I do believe that the public trial going on now is a complete waste of time.

BINGO.

I'm not calling him a monster,

I'm not calling him a bad guy,

I'm not saying he wanted to kill anyone.

I am saying Zimmerman acted like a vigilante,

listen to the 911 call and it's clear his intent is to stop the kid from escaping from the rear entrance.

he created a situation that he wasn't trained to handled.

and when it got away from him,

killing a kid was his response.

that SHOULD come with consequences.

we have the 911 call,

Zimmerman's own words describing what he's doing and why.

match his words to the map that DoaF posted.

it's pretty easy to mentally recreate what happend.

right up to how the physical stuff started.

that we don't know.

This is an argument for flawed interpretation. "Hit the high spots and fill in the rest." Boy, that's some sound investigation. Aren't you the one who was saying there was police misconduct and/or tampering, yet you are happy to take two pieces of evidence, fill in the voids, and call it a conviction. Wow. Amazing.

look at the map,

and listen to the 911 call,

you can practically move the two dots thru the map and recognize where they are during the call.

This stuff is great. You guys must watch alot of Criminal minds or CSI shows.

Some real sleuths here in the PG.

Even if youre an experienced LEO, unless it's your case, you don't know all the evidence and nor do you need to until the investigation is completed.

How many threads are there on this incident in which everyone can do nothing but speculate on.

Now that we've gathered so many crime fighers, can any of you be a sport and fill me in on that second gunman on the grassy knoll?
