DoaF's Map = Smoking Gun

This is the Map that DoaF posted in another thread and it eliminates ALL doubt in my mind.

A = the site of the shooting,

B = Clubhouse wehre Tray was getting refuge from the rain and Z started pursuit

C = Destination home Tray was going to

D = place where Z parked his car

A big element in the Tray attacked him from behind story was that Z was too fat to catch Tray.

Well clearly he knew the layout of the neighborhood well enough to know how to cut him off.

based on the red line and black line and where the shooting took place,

it's doubtfull that he was going back to check a street sign,

and it's doubtfull that he raced ahead, went thru a cut out between the homes,

went to an intercept position,

then turned his back on Tray and was attacked from behind.......

A grand jury looking at this map and matching it to the 911 call narrative and statements from the GF WILL indict.

My guess is Z was going for the Citizens arrest and shot when he started to lose the fight HE started.

So you are tailing a stranger at night, and he takes a short cut. You out manuever him and cut him off in a classic ambush. You don't identify your ligitimate reason for doing so. I gotta believe a punch in the nose is going to occur.

However, they won't indict. IMO, he dud pursue Martin as indicated by the map. As per the girlfirend's and most of Zim's account, I don't think he was making a citizen's arrest. I do think when he cut off Martin, Martin asked why are you following me, to which Zim asked why are you here, and I think that's when Martin popped hin the nose and thus scuffle. To indict, Zim has to be doing something unlawful, So long as Zin is acting lawfully he is protected under section 3 of the Stand Your Ground law.

I don't think Zim knew that aspect of the law, and was seeking to tweak his story for a standard self defense account. Thus describing the final aco**** as Martin approached him. This is technically correct since that is excately what you want to happen in a cut off ambush. The difference is that Martin is unaware that he is approaching Zim until they meet - which is what the girlfiend is describing.

clearly

and race baiting on your part won't add any facts to this case

You carrying water for Al Sharpton?

The consensus I've seen on these threads is that racism had nothing to do with the shooting. Keep poking that bear. :(

get a sense of humor. he wasn't being serious. it was a funny

The element of the story I could NOT understand or explain is how Z caught up to Tray if in fact Tray was trying to get away.

I had no answer for the "How did the out of shape old fat guy catch a 17 year old....

now I do,

he DROVE his vehicle further up the path, and knew where the path was to intercept.

that's how he was able to get IN FRONT of Tray

He wasn't standing his ground,

he was an armed vigilante.

...........

It's everyone else, not you. That's why you need to keep it real by "joking" otherwise we might all forget what racists we are and just go on with life.

Look BOTH the Girl Friends account and the 911 call mesh thanks to the map.

Z never identifies himself as neighborhood watch,

what is even more damning is he didn't see the kid break any laws or do anything.

yet what he did went BEYOND "watch"

he went to apprehend someone for doing NOTHING.

He popped up in FRONT of the kid which puts to rest the "jumped from behind" nonsense,

the kid was scared,

a guy was chasing him....

When the guy suddenly appears in front of Tray and Tray asks "why are you following me"

the guy doesn't ID himself and put the kid at ease,

he says "what are you doing here"

Tray then STANDS HIS GROUND and fearing the guy goes on offense.

the vigilante loses the fight and kills him.

The whole situation was created by Z.

based on the map, it's clear, Tray is just trying to get home.

Lock 'em up

(by the way, the need to change the story is becoming clearer, the truth is BAD for Z)

Yup,

keep trying to make this about sharpton,

trying to Gin up racist hate is the best way to defend the guy who gunned down an innocent kid.
