I've lived there the last 20 years. Princeton mailing address but not really IN Princeton. What information are you really looking for? Good food, yuppie bars, good FW fishing if you know where to go. Hour from Philly, NYC and the shore.

They have a Triumph Brewery Pub. I was there last night. Top notch beer and great food. I had the Duck Lyonnaise with the XPA beer. It was excellent.

I was born there, and still live nearby. All my doctors are there. Good schools (including some ridiculously expensive preppy/alternative ones), Great hospital/local health care. There are some very good restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking downtown is a BEOTCH, and the meter cops will ticket you in a second flat. Good freshwater fishing and easy access to the Rt1 corridor if that is good for you. Like Mike said....Triumph Brew Pub!:D

The train station is very close and. like Auce said...an hour to NY, Philly and "The Shore". McCarter Theater has some great jazz.

I have never felt like people were looking down their noses at me, but I was at the local McDonalds looking down my nose at a local homeless guy till I realized he was studying a book titled "Competition Chess Strategies of the 21st century Masters". :)

The local government does seem a bit "out of touch" with reality.
