Saw a couple dozen herring at Wareham Elks today. Nothing at Bournedale.

They have been at the parkers mill dam in wareham for a couple of weeks now.......

7 o'cock sunset...  Herring reports.... That's it, I have to uncover the boat...

 

 The Middleboro run has a lot of herring today.  Seems a little early but they are there.

 

When u say a lot how many would u estimate?

No doubt. First trip to the Cape or even south of Rte 24 for me since last Oct, so I'm kind of catching up on things. Nothing in the Mashpee run yesterday, BTW.

I live 1/4 mile from the rte 44 run...I heard the seagulls (who have been keeping watch over the run for the last few days) screeching yesterday afternoon...which I assume is when the masses showed up.

Anything in Brewster or Harwich?

 

i plan to check harwich at the next high tide but im not expecting anything. i've checked pretty diligantly for the last 3 years and i've yet to see any before april 4
