Reported that Dungy stated on ESPN radio that Peyton would not go to the NFC East -- Won't compete with Eli for the Division or a playoff spot.

36 year old pocket passer with limited mobility and a neck injury?

I wanted NO part of manning,

I don't want the Skins to be the team who's porous line led to the crippling of an NFL legend.

If I were Peyton I'd be angling for Miami,

though not a dome team they are at least warm weather,

the team under performed last year and has a good D with a lot of offensive weapons and strong O line,

the AFC really isn't known for defense at the moment,

even the jets... If I were Peyton I'd rather play a defense with a strong secondary and a weak line than the other way around.

Cardinals are number two spot, but he will lose a lot of media attention going there,

it's the place where careers go to die.

SF is a good fit, but I don't think they make the change at QB.

I'd be pushing hard to make the Miami deal happen.

Yup,

good TE, Marshall is an explosive receiver, Bush will be MUCH better with Peyton at QB.

Miami lost a lot of games in the first half because they couldn't get into the end zone,

that will change.

(even without Peyton I think MIami is a team on the rise)

Miami also kicks the rivalry with Brady up a notch. He'd like to match Brady's ring total, and beating him in his own division is an added attraction. On the down side, he hates cold weather, and there aren't many places worse than Buffalo and Foxboro to play in December.

yup,

I don't know if he can find a "perfect" team to play for.

I'm just saying Miami would seem to be the team that has the most to offer.

and possibly be in a "win now" situation with the currrent talent level they have.
