Daiwa Legalis Spinning reel

While in my local Bass Pro this weekend, I was looking over some of the Daiwa freshwater reels. One that caught my attention was the Legalis. Reason being it seemed to be a different design than previous North American reels Daiwa sends us. Upon inspection, it was heavier and seemed to be made of more durable materials, a most welcome sight. I could not find this model on Daiwa's North American website, but did find it on their European and Austrailian sites. I did buy the 4000 model and am very interested to see how it will compare to my Fuego and Exceler (the Exceler seems like a toy compared to it). Anyone ever used this model before or have any other knowlege about it? Also, any speculation about whether Daiwa is just testing this model in the ol' USA? Guess thats a semi common practice by the Japanese reel makers...this model was made in Vietnam.
