Pollock can be had inshore during the winter (and spring) months...I've never actually fished there, but just last weekend, I took my daughter and pet pug to Knubble Light just for ****es and giggles...I'd say there's a fair chance some pollock are bouncing around those rocks (although no one was fishing, which could be a major clue that it's a lifeless ocean)...but some of the birds were diving (casaully, not bombing the water as if over a school of fish) and coming up with some type of small baitfish

I hate to be a killjoy....but there is not much going on at that time..In my experience...its may before things happen 48 degree H2O
