plug storage help

I am new to heavy surf/ skishing and need some imput on plug storage. I just spent a lot of coin on a new rod and sealed reel. I really dont have the money to spend on a commando bag to hole my plugs. Any advice on a less expensive alternative to expensive plug bags? I saw luretubes but did not know if they would stay closed or on the belt in heavy surf. Any advice would be great. Thank you

You can get very carried away with gear, personally I don't skish or wetsuit, however I do fish the rcoks of montauk on occasion and fish the s/s beaches all the time and the old. And cheap. Canyon plug bag which I have had since 1995 still works fine

Check out the MAK Angler 4 tube bag.  It list's for $130, not exactly cheap, however it is of the same quality as the MAK Surfcaster bags and the like.  I just got one, and absolutely love it.  Might as well spend a lil coin for something that will last you more than a few months (like my Precision Pak)
