Dryer vent installer

Rate this topic

10 posts in this topic

I have a very odd dryer hookup that was here when we bought the house. It took quite a bit of doing due to space restrictions to hook the dryer to the vent.

Who could I call to install this and fix the way the last owner arranged the venting? This is such a mess I really do not want to do it again.

Thanks.

Agree, hard pipe and no screws in the vent pipe. Ideal Clamps or dryer vent clamps work better in lieu of foil tape. If it's a gas dryer, a licensed plumber can do the work.
